Accidentally blocked my game client

Apparently I managed to block my League of Legends client and I can't figure out where I go to unblock it.

I'm running into the same kind of problem.  Avast blocked my Fujitsu snapscan software, and I can find no way to unblock it.

Edited to add: Just updated avast, and it stopped blocking my software.  It is still disturbing that after 30 minutes of looking in the program and on-line, I could find no way of unblocking a program.
