Avast not responding to my support tickets?

Can someone tell me what the hell is going on?
Because I tried via support ticket - no reply
Via email - no reply

Then suddenly ticket closed? No notifications on email regarding ticket is closed.

Dear Friend we have tried that contact form but nothing! I tried it again 10mins ago, and its saying that i will get some email confirmation shortly but nothing!
Please help us!

I'll try to keep it short.

1] There is no picture
2] You created a ticket for consumer support and not for business support as you should have done
3] 10 minutes? Do you really think people at avast are sitting still doing nothing but waiting for you to create a ticket ?

Just have some patience.
