Email - 451 Ratelimiting: too many recipients

Hi, I regularly email our assoc members (55-60) but within the last 24 hours have been receiving "451 Ratelimiting: too many recipients" response from Sys Admin.

This problem appears to have commenced after a recent virus file update of Avast.
I did have this prob when I upgraded the Avast prog 3? months ago so just did a Sys restore and it solved it.

My os in WinXP, Mail: Outlook

Any help would be very appreciated.

Can you identify withc provider is reporting this error?
Is it MS Outlook plugin?
If so, please insert the line
Log=20
to file C:\Program Files\ALWIL Software\Avast4\Data\avast4.ini under [MailScanner] for detailed logging.

Then send one mail (or retrive mail if incoming mail is the problem), which will generate the log file. After that, post the last lines of the log file C:\Program Files\ALWIL Software\Avast4\Data\log\aswMaiSv.log. Thanks.
