The System Cannot Find Specified File?

Hey all!
I am looking for a little help hopefully to clear out what I had hoped/hoping the boot scan did.
Recently I lost my Iphone, knowing that I had a backup of everything on iTunes, I attempted to used a Internet downloaded program and although many responses stated it worked just highly infected I used it anyways, a lot of pictures were on the present and I wasn't paying a company to extract a file. OK Understood, so I used a sandbox program (not Avast!) Bad idea. Most certainly had no sides to hold that said sand in..

Since the program was installed I have been noticing massive slowing of my machine. I am at a lost of what to do next, when Avast! says it cannot find the specified file, does that mean it was deleted? moved?
I understand its in recycling bin but the location looks like a root location, can viruses operate from the trash?
Any help would be appreciated on this manner-

It looks like you have a TON of malware. The error you are getting means the file is gone usually. Just as a check given all the malware there you should post the logs.

have you tried to empty your recycle bin, reboot.... and then scan again?

Ridiculous, I'm looking at 14.6 GB in the Recycle bin alone.
 I guess it would of been my first step. Should of anyway

if it has been that long sice you emptied the bin, then your comp may need a good scrubbing also?

Pondus:) yes Quick scan is enough. If OTL turns something up Essex (Most likely) will deal with it. As for the recycle bin. When I delete mine (Every month or so. It's files usually total up to 50-100gb's (Most are HD movie files recorded)...

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems 

Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean  :thumbsup:

A good workman always cleans up after himself so..The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset  System Restore points:

Run OTL and hit the cleanup button.  It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself. 

Clear Restore Points

Go Start > All Programmes > Accessories > System tools
Right click Disc Cleanup and select run as administrator
When it pops up at the first prompt select OK after it has done some calculations the tabs will appear
Select More Options tab
Press Sytem Restore and Shadow Copies Cleanup button

Now that you are clean, to help protect your computer in the future I recommend that you get the following free programmes:

Malwarebytes.

Update and run weekly to keep your system clean

Download and install FileHippo update checker and run it monthly it will show you which programmes on your system need updating and give a download link

If you use on-line banking then as an added layer of protection install Trusteer Rapport
