Licensing Error
« on: October 30, 2013, 01:55:38 PM »
Hi,

Lately I've been getting an error message when I run backup.  "Licensing problem (Your license is not valid).

I bought a yearly subscription, so I don't know why I'm getting that message.  On the my.avast.com website, it also doesn't show me as having a license and there are options asking me to upgrade to premium.  I've checked my Play Google and it shows that I do have a subscription.

Thanks

Is this a bug or something?

This had happened to me and could not find an answer. I finally fixed it by dis-connecting my avast account in the backup and then dis-connected my avast account in the Avast Mobile Security. Then all I did was reconnected the Avast Mobile security and the Backup to my Avast account again and it was able to backup with no issues.
