Lost my security

For the third time my avast security is showing 0 days left, but does not expire until 24/04/2014. I have sent an e mail requesting my licence file number yesterday, but have not received it yet

is Your computer time / day / Month / year correct ?

have you tried avast repair option from ad/remove programs?
