« on: September 16, 2013, 03:30:30 PM »
Yesterday I rebooted my computer to find all Avast agents disabled, there was an advice my licence was expired.
Cloud intelligence was connected.
Going on the Avast web site, my licence was valid until 2013-12-19.

I tried to reload my licence but got an error.
I tried to download my licence and reload it but got an error.

I finally re-installed Avast from a fresh download to be able to secure my computer.
I ran a boot time scan at hi heuristic sensitivity and and a full system scan without any found threats.

The only thing I can see related is last week, my computer behaved strangely.
A boot scan found 30 infected files listed in the attached picture.

put you mouse pointer on the vertical bar just in front of severity and dragg sideways, this will show the full file path location of the files .... take new screenshot

follow this guide and attach logs....not copy and paste   http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

run in order listed
AdwCleaner / Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

when done, malware experts will be notified and help you
when finish, all tools used will be removed
