« on: October 01, 2003, 10:25:29 PM »
Hi Guys Im infected by the above worm and cant seem to get rid of it.
If i tell avast to move it to chest it says it cant as its being use..I cant delete inf folder as its part of windows and may cause severe probs.
Ive searched loads of places and cant locate a removal tool for this version ..has anyone come upon one or heard of it even?

Hi,

if you've isolated it to avast's chest, and it's not found anymore in the
Windows system folder  & your system still runs smoothly after a reboot:

then you can just delete it from the chest; it can't and doesn't need to be disinfected, as it's pure worm..
