Hi is that file in the chest ?

If so then from the virus chest right click the file and select send to virus labs
It is a false positive

OK lets try this
Open Avast and go to the virus chest
Right click on the blank area and select add
Go to the file in question (acre mobility ) and click it
That will copy it to the chest
Now right click the file in the chest and select Submit to virus labs
Select false positive and then manually update Avast to send the file

No problem, ensure that Avast is updated as I believe this is now fixed :)

Hello,
we received such filename and was already fixed (today at 11:00 am CET). Do you have latest VPS with streams?

I've submitted them as false positives and tried to restore but as soon as I start Sage again the same thing happens.
when and how did you send the files?
you have to give them some time to fix it.....

Hi, last night I ran a boot-time scan and nothing was detected.

Within 20 minutes or so after that -- and I wasn't even on the computer -- I received a popup message about the Win32:Evo-gen[Susp] file, and Avast put it into the Virus chest. I've just run a scan on that file in the Virus chest and it shows "no virus."

Are we still getting false positives even with the latest Avast updates?

You can use the laptop, then tomorrow rescan the file in the chest and it should come up no virus :)
