A Couple of Registration Kinks
« on: May 18, 2005, 04:27:02 PM »
Twice I have been infected with a Trojan.  Both times I've wiped my drive clean.  The first time - I knew my subscription was about to run out for 4.6 Pro - so I just purchased it a little early (before I knew about the re-upping 30% discount)  This time I wiped my drive and downloaded Pro "Trial" Edition - thinking my registration key would work.  It doesn't.  So how do I get re-registered without having to purchase this program early -again?!

Thanks!

So the new key doesn't work? Check if you maybe copied spaces or forgot some letters.
Try entering serial by hand. Otherwise contact Alwil staff by email and they should help you out directly to you purchase.

I think it's an antipiracy feature to avoid using Trial version for more than 60 days.
Maybe uninstalling and installing the Home version, use the new registration key, could solve this.
