Unfortunately it would be very hard to find any one to administer such a list.
I'm sure the companies that came out on top in this test would never agree

I noticed BitDefender came in 4th & 7th.  BitDefender online scanner isn't listed, but it should have the same detections.  I occasionally run BitDefender online scanner & it never finds anything as avast! does such a great job protecting my computer, so how can BitDefender be better than avast!?  It would have to find something that avast! missed to be better.  Ewido, Windows Defender, Spyware Terminator (with ClamWin) &  other security programs I use show no weaknesses in avast!.  To say another anti-virus is better you need to show me where avast! has failed in protecting my computer.
