avast mobile security problem

I have no idea why but avast mobile security will not update from my WPA2-PSK wifi network at home it only updated once at an airport wifi

is there a way i can update this from my home WPA2-PSK wifi network as i dont like having to go to mcdonalds just to update this thing.

would also like to suggest that the avast internet security offer say a mobile update from a home computer when its connected basicly it would download the updates to it automatically.

Hi,

I don't have any problems updating on my home WiFi. Unfortunatelly, without access to your device and/or WiFi, it's really hard to find out what the problem is. It might be some problem on your device, some configuration issue on your router or maybe your ISP is doing some crazy stuff with the connection.

Hi! I found some new(or old) problems: some phone with Android have less then 0,5 GB of RAM(my have 384 MB!!!), there Avast not working at all - it's normal then if I clicked somewhere command executing after 5 or more seconds and show(or trying to show) less than 20 MB of RAM?
