avastsvc infected?
« on: October 06, 2013, 11:01:18 AM »
Hi i see avast svc using a little ram during the scan and i remembered comodo HIPS stop avastsvc from accessing disk (is avastsvc suppose to access the HDD directly?) also in the pic, its says it was modified at a later date than when it was created ,, is that ok? (created on the 9th of 2013 but modified on the 8 of 2013?)

Another thing Comodo Firewall w/D+ does not block avast in any way, shape or form.
avast is included in the CFW whitelist.  :)
Dell Inspiron, Win10x64--HP Envy Win10x64--Both systems Avast Free v17.9.2322, Comodo Firewall v8.2 w/D+, MalwareBytes v3.0, OpenDNS, Super Anti-Spyware, Spyware Blaster, MCShield, Unchecky, Vivaldi Browser and, various browser security tools.

i was just wondering if it could have gotten infected and was wondering about the dates when comparing modified to created, the created date is newer it thought it should be the other way around
