What are these URL's?

For the past few months they've popped up on my web shield scan every now and then, anyone know what they are? Sorry I'm kinda paranoid. Didn't know where ro post this

These are local IPv6 addresses used for neighbor discovery of other computers and media services in the same network.

So they're normal, then? Cause they pop up pretty often, and I don't really do anything to cause them to

They are from UPnP host - UPnPhost service simply looks for devices such as printers, scanners and such that are on a network for your computer to connect to. if your not on a network then you don't need it.
