Just an update. My wife's licences were merged and the new package runs until 2017.

Let's hope that when 2017 gets here, you'll still remember what went wrong this time.
If you aren't sure, ask here first. Some of those who followed your trials and tribulations

Would you believe it? We didn't even get to 2015 before they messed the whole thing up again.  Avast have sent an auto reply to my latest email to my wife at my email address (she has her own).
