Download Uninstall Utility to your Desktop.
Download the correct version of Avast 
Avast Free
Avast Pro
Avast Internet Security
Avast Premier
Disconnect from the net
Uninstall Avast via control panel

  • Run aswClear
  • It will offer to reboot to safe mode .. no need to do that

  • In the Select Product to Uninstall dropdown choose the version of Avast that is on your system.
  • Press Uninstall
  • Once complete reboot your system to Normal Mode
  • Reinstall Avast

well, i've uninstalled it with the uninstall tool but the firewall didn't start then i ran the Windows Repair (All In One) and rebooted nothing has changed either . and i try to open windows defender it can't be opened like avast has disabled it and windows firewall permanently.

i don't know what to do may i install it in a virtual windows and see how can he affects the firewall ?

Avast does not disable either the firewall or windows defender..  So something else is happening

Lets have a look at the system and see if anything appears.

Download OTL  to your Desktop

  • Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.


  • Select All Users
  • Select LOP and Purity
  • Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
netsvcs
BASESERVICES
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
c:\program files (x86)\Google\Desktop
c:\program files\Google\Desktop
dir "%systemdrive%\*" /S /A:L /C
CREATERESTOREPOINT

  • Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
    • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    • Attach  both logs

well, i've installed a new windows then installed avast and the firewall was enabled and windows defender was disabled also store apps were updated successfully, now by chance i opened FW  it's status is red after it was greed 2 days ago but the firewall service is running normally is it ok or the fw is disable ?

and what can i do to enable windows FW again ?

That states that you have AIS and it is managing the firewall functions
