Unable to start Scan

My Avast account is valid until 02/09/2014, but my Avast Anti-virus is not working. I always get an error message "Unable to start, There are no more endpoint available from the endpoint mapper". All of my Avast facility is not working.

There is also a message on top of Avast saying "Subscription 0 days remaining" although it is clearly mentioned through my internet avast account that it is valid up to 02/09/2014.

Please Help

Welcome.
Have you tried a 'Repair'
Go to Control Panel> Add and Remove Programs and choose Avast and click Uninstall/Change> then scroll down to select 'Repair'.
