I just paid for a year of Avast Cleanup. I tried to type the activation code in, but each of the three sections only held four or five characters and the code they sent me has 6 characters in each section for a total of 18 characters. I tried the Help and it explained about the finding the license file first and I can't find that either. As you can guess I 'm not a sexy young millenial who can just figure these things out intuitively! Does Avast have any kind of live support, or lacking that, a way to get a refund for a product that I cannot use? I need a live chat, or a phone number, or at least an email. Help!
