It looks to me that you os is messed up somewhere/somehow.
I suggest you first try a in-place-repair and if that doesn't solve it a clean install.

When I set aswsp.sys start = 4 the system is unlocked.
Why?
Avast team? Suggestions?

It seems obvious now that only you, engineers of the Avast software, can give me an answer.
In fact, I can not know the operations carried out by aswSP.sys or any other kernel drivers of avast. Right?
What should I do? The revers engineering of all drivers?
Here are two things: either it is a bug or a conflict with another kernel driver that having equal rights on the system.
The list of drivers loaded in the system I have given to you.
You can do a simulation?.

.... I had the exact same problem. Avast wouldn't start upon installing. What I posted to the post prior to this was the solution to how I fixed it. The installer is different.
