Unable to update VPS after 131015-0

i'm stuck at 131015-0 and each time i try update it downloads the updates e.g. to last  131018-1 

then it says last unknown error : 'unknown error'

... happened with 2014 RC3 and now after program update also with 2014 final

also note manual VPS update download isn't supporting 2014 final :(
