Help Pls

Today I did a factory reset because I had a problem.
Then started My phone fixed it like new when i was putting things like samsung account.
It Apear the screen and the sound of this phone is lost or stolen.
Now I dont Have the Password or the number of the program because i forgot it.
I got my access to MyAvast but when i try to change the password or unlock the phone it says I
has completed the command timeout

I cant use my phone how i do? i got a samsung note (n7000)

„n7000 hard reset recovery“
You’ll find a how-to-guide how to really hard reset your device. Since antitheft still works, you only did a soft reset.
