I don't think the case is anything to work as windows file manager, etc. isn't case sensitive, so there can only be one avastui.exe file in the avast folder.

Mine is showing all lower case and I'm not unduly concerned about that. You will also see it in lower case when you view the avast folder in windows explorer.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.3.6108 (build 24.3.8975.762) UI 1.0.801/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security

My windows explorer shows the file as AvastUI.exe in the \program files\avast software\avast\ folder.
it's version 9.0.2600.159 and SUMo (A software updater program) tells me that there's a newer version 9.0.2600.160, but I can't seem to find that version anywhere...

Ok, mystery solved. There's also a temporary file called avastui.exe.<a-lot-of-numbers>. I believe It's an update that will take after a reboot.
That file has version of 9.0.2600.160.
