I have been using Avast! for years now without any problems.
Recently I upgraded to Avast! Premier and now have it on two PCs and a Mac.
One of the PCs is running Windows 8.1.
It is on this machine that I am now experiencing problems.
Firstly I discovered that some emails that I tried to send to a friend containing a web site address would not send.
This did not appear immediately but maybe after a couple of hours or overnight.
I contacted Avast! Tech Support with the issue and discovered that these emails would send when Avast! was temporarily disabled. Hence I have to assume that the issue is something to do with Avast!.
What I now find is that most of the replies I send to tech support bounce back as undelivered -returned to sender and no log files seem to get through?
I am desperate!
What can I do as tech support never seem to get anything from me?
