Stompem you are being delusional, if the OP had asked for help then there are tools that can be run to find out all the information we need but as the OP blatantly stated he was unwilling to tell us what the problem may be then that for me and anyone else here that offers there time to help others spells troll and that the OP is here just to try and cause trouble.

I've owned/run several enterprises over the years and if I ever had a customer come to me with the attitude that the OP has shown to the help here they would have been tossed out on there backside.
He should apply standard solution - Repair or Remove it. (repair will not work I assure you.) The installation was not clean - serveral versions of the program are showing at once. This is an application error and not of the user's doing.
The "solution" I was emailed just then, exactly the above, so system reports and support requests are seemingly irrelevant to the "solution".
This has happened before. Same solution. Not good enough at present. I will have to wait it out (risk) otherwise I am looking at a couple of days (yes days) to reconfigure.
What sort of other solutions are there? Reinstalling the entire operating system as well?

@Stompem,
If you have a problem or complaint, please start your own topic.
Don't hijack another persons.
Go away please and mind your own business. This is entirely relevant where as your post is not.

EDIT:
As I am being watched let it be known that I am cancelling my (currently 3 years) subscription if I get punted.

Stompem please stop interrupting in topics that don't concern you, if and when the OP actually wants help then then it will be dealt with then.

As Bob is one of the helpers here he is minding his own business yet you are delving into areas that are of no concern to yourself, you have already received one warning so don't add to it with trolling and disturbance.
