two pc same cdkey, it's possible?

I have a pc and a notebook, can i use the same cdkey on both computers or i have to use a cdkey for pc and one for the notebook?

I'm talking of the home edition.

If you qualify for the home version (non-commercial use) then you can use the same registration key on both.
