How to enable Email signature?
« on: December 22, 2015, 11:04:11 AM »
Hi all!!!

To enable Avast email signature, I follow these steps:

1) Open Settings
2) In General check "Enable Avast email signature"  (check is enable by defect)
3) Restart PC

I have installed the latest version and I have running the Antivirus in my computer.

I have 3 computers, I can send emails with signature in 1 computer only, I can't send emails with signature in the 2 rest computers.

¿Why? I need help.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to all.

How/where to enable the email signature depends on what type of email you are using.

Settings can be found in the mail shield and under general.

Hello Eddy

I use Hotmail and Gmail, always via WEB.   I don't use MS Outlook.

Thanks for your help...

All systems the same OS/ SP ?
Using the same browser (version) on all three ?
Is/was there any other security (related) software on the systems ?
Any difference in plug-ins/add-ons ?
Already tried a repair of avast ?
