Hi I am new here so hello everyone. I have installed windows 8.1 at the weekend and now my pro antivirus has disappeared!
I tried installing the latest 2014 version and followed the instructions inserted the licence file but it won't activate!
Then when I restart I loose the touchpad and keyboard completely but luckily I have a wireless mouse which works still so I go onto the removal of software part on website and totally remove avast in boot mode and when it restarts the touchpad and keyboard work again!
Avast will not go in though at all this is happening on my 2 laptops I have!
Any help would be appreciated please thank you.
