having the same issues..
The connection has timed out
The server at adverts.local is taking too long to respond.
using IIS
in my host file i have
127.0.0.1 adverts.local if i disable the firewall component it works no problemo.. but with it active it times out like 90% of the time.. some times it works sometimes it doesnt.. its infuriating. also "disable permanently" = till next restart in avast land it seems since i did a restart ad voila it started the firewall again
ive done the settings -> troubleshooting -> web -> redirect stuff as per my screenshot.. still doesnt bloody work. when the time comes to upgrade my licence i dont think i'll be doing so
