Start up tool bar

I have avast 4  which is runing ok , when i first got it it updated , and told me that it had , i have now lost the icon i the bottom righthand toolbar .
How do i get this back so i know when it has been updated ??

You "lost" blue ball with letter "i" on it? But you still see "a" ball?
Right click on "a" ball,select VRDB and then "Split tray icons"
This will create two avast! icons in tray. If you want to merge them together again into only one icon you need to go back to VRDB,selecting "Merge tray icons".
If you use 1 tray icon mode (only "a" ball), that "i" icon will appear only when VRDB is constructing.
