Help! Pending Deletes Rootkit Threat. How to fix?

Hi I ran a full scan yesterday on my windows 7 laptop and avast came up with this threat. It says it is High severity but I cannot do anything with it. It says it is a hidden rootkit.

I tried delete, repair, move to chest, but none of them are working!

What is this? What do i do about it?  Not sure if it makes a difference, but i did download and install windows updates yesterday before running the scan.

The file name is

Windows\winsxs\Temp\PendingDeletes\$$DeleteMe.advpi.32.dll.01cece7dc3faa05f.0002

no results on google for that


Please help me to fix this!

Hi,
After lots more scanning, updating and rebooting, my avast scan is coming up clean!!
So I guess it is fixed now.

That was a detection whilst windows was updating :)
