Hi. I'm new here, but I was wanting to know if there was any way to fix avast! and make it not keep my iPod from syncing with iTunes 11. I'm running Windows 8.1, avast! is the latest version as well as iTunes. Whenever I go to sync my iPod the iTunes gives messages about an iPod being detected but that it needs to be restored. I did restore my iPod but that didn't work. I finally figured out that if I disable the shields for 10 minutes I can sync my iPod without a problem. However, I do not want to disable the avast! shields every time I want to sync my iPod.
Is there any way to fix this? I've already tried adding exclusions for iTunes in avast!, but maybe I added them in the wrong place or the wrong exclusion.
