The only think I know that pop-up from the bottom should be when the VPS was updated or an error occurs in the VPS updates.  What do you mean Hide safely?

You have probably been tinkering/trying the various settings in avast as this is not on by default.

Switch off 'Show detailed info on performed action' in the affected provider, Standard Shield, Web Shield or Internet Mail providers. Click the Customize button, select the Advanced tab untick 'Show detailed info on performed action'.

Example for the Internet Mail provider.
Windows 10 Home 64bit/ Acer Aspire F15/ Intel Core i5 7200U 2.5GHz, 8GB DDR4 memory, 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD/ avast! free 24.2.6105 (build 24.2.8918.824) UI 1.0.799/ Firefox, uBlock Origin, uMatrix/ MailWasher Pro/ Avast! Mobile Security
