The new avast doesn't allow me to run Newsbin without being in sandbox (it just deletes the exe, even when I add it to exclusions).
I don't mind running the program in sandbox, but it repairs and decodes the RAR files in sandbox. I cannot play the files in my media player, because it doesn't recognize the files as existing on my harddrive. They're visible in the sandbox, and in the sandboxed WinZip explorer, but I can't move them to the real explorer or execute them.
There's not much purpose in downloading a RAR file in sandbox, if the files can't be unrarred on the real drive. Once a file is confirmed safe, why can't I put it on my real drive?
I tried using
http://public.avast.com/~kurtin/snxConfig.exe but it doesn't seem to work with the new Avast. Any other solutions?
