Martin he also still has ASC ( Iobit ) installed on the same drive as avast which he said he had removed

So ASC made this problem? I didn't had any problems with asc though... since now

Well you have problems now and having another AV installed isn't going to help, the fact of the matter is that you said you had removed it and you didn't so you are wasting the efforts of help being provided.

Uninstall all other AV's and the run the the removal tools provided in the link to you earlier.

I found the problem. This may sound strange, but here it is.

I was gone outside. My brother thought I didn't have a license and he came here and INSTALLED A PIRATED LICENSE! But then I came back at the computer and saw that and... I uninstalled and put in my legal license! During the time I had the pirated license it showed that error. But now I put my legal license and it works. Don't get me as a pirate but, I didn't hack it! My brother did! Geez... Anyways, I'm using a legal license now. Everything's fine.
