Don't know if it was present in (9.0.2006) because I never saw it happen, but in (9.0.2007) I've seen it happen twice...
In Scan Settings > Scheduling for a daily quick scan, if you scroll down to the bottom, all the words and days of the week weren't there... close it and come back in and now they are there.
Same thing with the IE Online Security add on... click on it and at the bottom the dashboard and settings buttons are not completely there... close it and come back in and then it's there.
