Avast provoca riavvio sistema a metà scansione

Ho un pc con XP 32bit e ho installato AvastAntivirus da un mese circa: ho settato il lancio della scansione giornalmente e ogni volta, arrivato a metà scansione circa provoca il riavvio del PC.
Non rileva nessuna minaccia ma non è normale credo!!!
Ho Avast anche su altri pc in rete ma per quelli nessun problema.

Chi ha risolto??

It doesn't...
Maybe a hardware problem, e.g. the hard disk?

Credo ti convenga far sapere che tipo di hardware hai.
Un riavvio del sistema durante una scansione può essere un problema hardware o dell'intero s.o. che và incontro ad errori che lo costringono al riavvio.
Esegui un controllo della componentistica hardware, soprattutto dell'hard disk per vedere se è tutto funzionante e integro. Se non trovi niente prova a reinstallare avast seguendo le istruzioni riportate qui http://www.avast.com/it-it/uninstall-utility
