Check Downloads folder if you have some Adobe installer.Delete it and run a scan with Avast again.

You cant unloc The files as they are password protected by The program that use The files

I did search the topic; that's how I located several other similar topics here on this forum. Files that can't be scanned is only part of my problem; the rest is that I cannot locate the files that supposedly can't be scanned, and I haven't seen anyone else mention having that problem.

And sorry, but I don't have anything in my downloads files, except some random jpg image. Does anyone know why I can't find these files Avast is having a problem with?

EDIT: Nevermind, I finally got a hold of a friend of mine who knows computers better than me, she explained to me why the files were invisible. Thanks anyway.
