It don't say what the error is. There is a more info tab and when you click it says contact zyndesk for help on resolving. I done that and a reply said it was either FF or Flash player. Well its not flash player cause I did discover it works on IE so it has to be FF. I just dont know what in FF is causing it. I don't have screen shots don't even know how to do one.

You could try to disable your add-ons in Firefox and see if that makes a difference.
If that fixes the problem, then start enabling the add-ons one at sa time till the problem again starts to find
out which one is causing the problem.

Ok Bob I done this and if I turn off Avast Online Security 9.0.2006.53 plug in everything works like it should. It shows this plugin was updated October 30th and that's around same time this started happening. Any ideas? I've always had this plugin since it was originated and never gave me any problems till this update.

Outside of using either IE or Chrome where there don't seem to be any problems with the plugin, no.
It's something that avast! still needs to resolve.
