Issue with League of Legends Launcher

If I turn on the Web shield, the League of legends launcher will say the NA Server is "Undefined".
The  solutions are turning it off OR using VPN, it will be "Online" as normal. BTW I live in China, I don't know if the "Great firewall" interfere Avast Web Shield or they conflict.

these are the temporary choices to fix the problem, I've tried other configuration, such as disable windows firewall and avast firewall change DNS IP, etc, and it seems not a problem.

The bigger issue is Avast UI will die if I try to disable Web Shield after I upgraded to 9 version.

My friends who are using avast even free edition or Avast 8 have the same issue.

Please help.
