Shield Logs?
« on: November 11, 2013, 12:26:20 PM »
Hi there,

I'm just wondering if you can retrieve any information relating sheild logs?

Basically I want to see when Avast gave me a sheild alert to a certain website.

Is this possible at all? I know the rough dates when I went to this site.

Many thanks in advance

You can try looking at the raw text file report.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AVAST Software\Avast\report\WebShield.txt, XP location
Or
C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\report\WebShield.txt, Vista or later. You may not have permission to access the ProgramData folder or it may be hidden, so you may need to adjust your permissions and folder settings to view hidden files and folders.

I have consulted this matter in the Spanish Forum and now not there is a button to view the reports of shields from avast...that seems to me or a mistake or little practical because if reports are generated you can see from own avast
