The "LOCATE" SMS command only activates WiFi+GPS, not 2g/3g data

I have installed the latest version of Avast! Anti Theft.
When I send the "LOCATE" SMS command, only Wifi+GPS are activated.
When I send the "LOCATE STOP" SMS command, only WiFi is deactivated.

So: 1) the 2g/3g data connection is not activated; 2) GPS is not deactivated.
