1 server license or more?

We have 5 servers running windows 2000 advanced server.  One of these servers is an exchange server.
When I go to purchase avast can I buy one server edition and just install the avast professional on the 4 other servers?  In other words when you purchase the server edition is that so that you have one "antivirus server" to manage all the clients or because you are installing it on the server edition OS and not windows xp.  Buying the licenses for 5 servers is really expensive.

Unfortunately, for 5 servers, you'd need 5 Server Edition licenses.
But please consder the new avast suite offerings - they can be a real money-saver.
