Cant get to some redirects

I cant get to ebay, yahoo personals and other redirects, can someone give me a clue what is going on... only having the issue on this PC.

What version of avast are you using, the latest is 4.6.665?
What browser are you using?
What OS are you using?

This or someting similar was raised in the forums some time ago but was I believe resolved by program updates.
