Sorry, but I'm not going to continue this when the general opinion is not to have two resident AVs installed as there is a likelihood of conflict.

What has gone on before with two AVs is immaterial, you still have two AVs the fact that now there is a problem.

You guys sound like digital entrepreneurs arguing contrary to this on the contrary to that lol I always thought having Avast as virus scanner and Comodo as the firewall and hips scanner was a good combo? It has been for years why change now? Anyways on the note !

So the question is which one is better? I'll compare what you guys say with Comodo's forums and then Tom's hardware and decide after that. Thanks

That's the point the OP is using the full comodo suite 360 Internet Security 2013 including a resident AV, not simply the comodo firewall combo that you mentioned.

Actually the OP is using 360 Internet Security 2013 by Qihoo alongside of avast on his win7 system.

I don't know why herolegend has involved Comodo into this topic as it was not part of the discussion

oops sorry thats because I updated Comodo new version a few days back and there is a problem with comodo and Avast running together these days as the moment I updated comodo i got blue screen of death, and they said in comodo forum its because I'm using Avast and that I should choose my favourite Security solution.
