When I run programs created in Visual Studio 2012, no matter what I do, avast runs them sandboxed. I add exclusions, global exclusions, and it simply will not leave those programs & directories alone (command line, WPF, WinForms).
I have to completely unload avast in order to do any development.
Is this normal?

I want to upgrade to firewall, but I can't find anything written about it, screenshots, and I can't say I'm thrilled about using it if the main program won't allow me to develop properly.
Thoughts?
