Welcome to the forum. :)
Have you tried the Browser Cleanup Tool in avast! ???

Once you run it, see if it's recognized. If it is, select it and remove it.

Yes I tried it to but did not help, but thank you for the tip
then run AdwCleaner   and click clean    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

then run a quick scan With Malwarebytes....make sure it is updated, if anything is detected be sure it is marked for removal and click Remove selected
you find it here   http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

if you still have problems, attach the OTL diagnostic log and a removal expert will help you remove it

Hello Pondus
First I did what you told me, run http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/ and after that i did run http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0, but "Smart Web Search", is still on my computer, then you told me the following:

if you still have problems, attach the OTL diagnostic log and a removal expert will help you remove it, but I don't have any idea what you are even talking about, can you please explain to me how to do that
Thank you beforehand
Jacques
