More specific, the avast program that is trying to use a direct connection is AvastSvc.exe

did some more testing:

Apparently avast is not using the proxy setting that are configured in the program all the time. So i tryed if avast is using the windows internet setting to determine the proxy configuration

tryed changing the "windows internet setting" but that made no difference.

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Internet Options from "Automatically detect settings" to "Use automatic configuration script" or "Proxy server" and hardcode the ip-number and port did also not work.

Good luck. :)
It's a little hard to help when no logical question was ever asked. :)

If you are referring to the proxy settings that can be set at Settings->Update, then note that it specifically says that this is "used for program updates".  I suspect that these proxy settings may not apply to other things like streaming updates, web scanning etc. If that is the case then maybe it's not a bug, maybe it's by design

Thanks for clearing that up. IMO a strange decision to implement a proxy for only a part of the communication. If you don't want a pc to communicate directly to internet u use the option of a proxy, i don't know why somebody would implement an option to use a proxy for only a part of the internet traffic.
