False Positive problem Ncafe software Thailand

Hello,
We have internet software NCAFE for almost 10 years,about 4 years ago we got also this problem,it was a false positive from Avast and was fixed later .
today 26/11/2013 have problems after free avast update,internet cafe software NCAFE is blocked, will you solve ths problem please?

The problem is when we start up the Ncafe program,we can not log in the program,we need to disable AVAST first ,then we can log in,after that we enable AVAST again.

You can use mail
send to virus@avast.com in a password protected zip file
mail subject:  False Positive / undetected sample (select subject according to your case)
zip password:  infected

or you can send files from avast chest
