Anti-theft Issue & Avast Web Portal
« on: November 13, 2013, 04:08:48 AM »
I just noticed that password check no longer works on Anti-theft (vers 3.0.6426). On GT-N7100 rooted with Hard Reset Protection. I tried to input wrong gesture lock 4 times and nothing happens at all. It doesn't activate Mark as lost and neither Take picture with front camera (of course on the setting I chose both to activate).

Also when I look at my Web Portal account on My License tab, there is only a note

There are no commercial licenses yet.

How come? I purchased the 1 year Premium license on August.

Sorry, I guess this should be on Anti-Theft forum.. Please move it :-)

seems that for some users, the premium status isn't accepted by the portal.
I can fix this - but I need to ask you to send me (mayr@avast.com) two things. please.

1. the Google order number (should look something like this: 14599763169054705758.1360613239163290)
2. your device ID. to get it, please log into my.avast.com and select your device. The address bar of the browser should look like this now:
https://my.avast.com/#devices/view/6b1Pmz51P4DsBodb/info
Please copy and paste your address bar as it contains the device ID.

thank you for taking your time to help me fix this!
