Infection Blocked http://mciupdate.com/watch/watch1.php

I keep getting an Infection Blocked message for xttp://mciupdate.com/watch/watch1.php, but I can't figure out what's prompting it or how to stop it.  Please help!!  I use IE9, on Windows Vista Home Premium, if that helps.

Please follow the logs in assist to cleaning malware topic on top
of the viruses and worms section and attach the logs.

When done help will arrive soon.

Is blacklisted by DrWeb's: htxp://mciupdate.com/watch/watch1.php is in Dr.Web malicious sites list!

malicious site request from thay site are being made.
Seems either down or blocked for me: http://urlquery.net/report.php?id=7897389
as I have the Malware Patrol blocklist subscription running inside ABP extension, so probably blocked.
